Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product (custom made to order), returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective. All returns must be authorized by us before product(s) is returned (a RMA# will be sent to you with return instruction). All products must be returned in the original packaging. Returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge (for non-defective item) and must be returned within fourteen (14) business days from date of receipt of product(s).
