Book is in good condition with nicks and scuffs to the cover.

The upper edge of the front cover has the worst of the nicks and there is the start of a tear at the bottom front where it flexes when open. The inside cover has the original owners written in ink with a small pre-printed address label.

The address is the same as where I just bought this from.

In looking through the other pages I did not see any other writing on them. There are 2 marks on the end of the pages that look like ink doodling. The binding is tight and there are no loose pages.
