Book is in good condition with nicks and scuffs to the cover.   The edges do have some minor nicks and ents to them but nothing major.   The inside cover has the original owners written in ink with a small pre-printed address label.  The address is the same as where I just bought this from.

 

In looking through the other pages I did not see any other writing on them.  The binding is tight and there are no loose pages.
