I recognize this as the style from my high school days but don't know when they may have switched to something else after 1978 or so? 

Simple clamshell zippered duffle with a rigid board insert to give it some structure.  Approximate size of 16" long and 10" wide and 10" tall when stuffed with clothes.

Zipper in good condition, some dirt and scuffing to the finish.  Overall not bad for something that just might be 30 years old or so.  Original owners name is marked inside the liner in black marker on 2 sides.  Does not shown through on the outside.  I am guessing that this is leather instead of something synthetic? 

Original TJ school colors did not include the current day third color (blue).  Specifically, the school colors were Cardinal Red and Virgin White.
