Policies

Shipping: Generally I ship only to the US. International Shipping is expensive, time consuming and the shopping cart is not set up for it. If you are outside of the US and ABSOLUTELY have to have something, contact me directly. It may be possible to bill you via Paypal if we can work out suitable terms

Purchases are delivered either via the USPS or FedEx Ground. Currently only USPS options are shown in the checkout. Large items & especially combined orders will sometimes be switched from USPS to FedEx for their better rates and/or insurance coverage.

Return Policy: Generally I do not accept returns and ask that you make certain an item and its total cost suits you prior to completing checkout. The no return policy does not apply to damaged or lost in transit packages. Usually it will be required to go through the insurance claim process of the appropriate shipping carrier. In the extreme case where a return is allowed, it is the buyers responsibility to return the item in the same condition as when I sold it to them and to pay for the return shipping.

My Return Policy is not an attempt to defraud anyone, it just defeats the purpose (GoodBuyClutter) of this selling venue......
