Return Policy
Please return your item within 7 days of receipt
Unwanted items may be returned to us only if the following occurs:
l We have been notified via email within 7 days
l Any accessories/parts in sealed bags remain
l The item arrives back here in re-saleable condition (unmarked)
l Buyer agrees that up to 25% of refund will be deducted
l Postage fees will not be refunded
l Replacement only for broken products or ruined products
l Please include full name, address details and eBay item number with your return including your reason for returning your item
l For hygiene reasons we cannot accept cosmetics returns
Shipping Policy
l All items held and shipped from GoodtradeGTI UK warehouse
l We ship ALL UK items by Royal mail First Class
l Orders received from Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours and normally arrive within 2 days*
l Items ordered over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday
l Once your item has been dispatched, you will see the status of your item marked as dispatched in eBay
l International orders are sent by Standard Air mail, take 5-7 days in most cases. Please see the postage and packaging information for actual shipment method for the listing
l You will receive an email including your tracking number once your item has been dispatched by recorded service
l Shipping handling fee includes all packing, warehousing and distribution cost.
