Payments
Payments on all sales are due within seven days, no exceptions to this with out prior arrangements. I prefer secure online payment through PayPal, but I gladly accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks. Please be advised orders will not be processed until payment clears. For international customers I will accept PayPal or international money order only.
Custom Services
As I will try my best to keep unique and different designed pieces in the store. If there is something you would like but don't see listed I will try and locate it and make it available to you. I can also create custom listings for individual customers for agreed pricing.
Refunds and Exchanges
As customer relations are done individually, refunds, returns, and exchanges will be handled in the same manner. This will be granted on a case-by-case basis. The buyer is responsible to contact me prior to returning an item. Some pieces are hand carved or custom made to customer specifications and therefore refund consideration must be made individually depending on customer circumstances. Please be advise some items are not returnable for any reason due to hygiene concerns. These items include belly rings, tongue rings, and eyebrow rings. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
Shipping
Shipping charges will be a flat rate for all items under one pound. These prices are determined by USPS. I use these carriers of choice. However there may be special purchases items that will be sent UPS and the charges may vary. On . Take advantage of special promotions that may reduce shipping charges or provide FREE shipping charges. These charges will be clearly stated in the listing.

Insurance
Be aware that many items are fine jewelry of solid gold, genuine diamonds, pearls, and gemstones. I do require shipping insurance on all items over $150.00 for both buyer's and seller's protection. However, for items under $150.00, this insurance is optional, but always recommended. Keep in mind that the seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items if the buyer does not opt to buy insurance. Applicable insurance is always calculated and stated in each listing for buyer convenience.

International customers are always welcome. If needed please contact me prior to bidding to clear the item for import into the buyer's country. Please be aware that some items are banned from being imported, depending on the destination. High-dollar items may also be highly regulated.
