Ideal gift for Mothers Day

This deorgeously designed piece features victorian style scroll and flowery edge.

inner design is slightly raised and holds a large what appears to be a zirconia in the very center.

I'm not an expert, but it looks like silver, this is quite old but I do not know the age or origin, it has no markings.

Measures about

2 1/4" across the ring part is a little over 1 1/2" diameter

Was either used as a fancy scrarf ring or as a very large napkin ring.

The jeweled center sparkles quite brilliant when light shines on it, I tried to capture that in photos, one of them shows it quite well.
