Below is a little information about the artist and his work: Everett Woodson was born in 1933 in Independence, Missouri and is most often known for his barn landscapes in various seasons. The market value on his work must consider the size (the larger pieces are more desirable), condition, scene, etc.; and therefore it is a wide range between $500-1300. This particular painting is a larger piece at 24" across and 16" tall, and is a more desireable spring theme. The painting has an auction estimate of $800 even with the restoration work that needs to be done.
