Unlike with many typical personal-use ozone generators, this item has an Output Adjusting Dial that regulates its ozone output from 100% to less than 40% in which best works together with a Redox (ORP) controller to control quality of water in an aquarium or a fish pond. Using ozone in aquariums, tanks and ponds improves the water quality. It effectively eradicate water borne parasites such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium in surface water treatment plants and kills bacteria, microorganisms in air and water sources with ozone instead of the more common chlorine.
