This electronic kitchen scale is equipped
with high precision microchip sensor with automatic
power off to save lots of energy. (Precision is how
repeatable a measurement is, this ensures that results are
the same no matter how many times it is repeated.) It
offers Tare function, also called the “Weigh
& Add” function, that allows you to weigh additional
objects placed on a scale after the first object. You can
place any container on the scale & then weigh food as
you put it into the container. Or even weigh each ingredient
as it is added.
It has a capacity 5 kilograms with
1 gram weight increment. This scale also comes along with
a high resolution display screen such that there is no problem
at all in making the readings. It can switch between grams
to pounds to ounce with ease and does not require any sort
of maintenance.
