  All of my food items are purchased fresh when you place your order so you will not get any expired items, everything will be fresh!!

Shipping is free within the US for first class mail.  Priority Mail is available at an extra cost. 

 INTERNATIONAL mail will be first class which does not include a tracking #.  If you would like your items shipped Flat Rate Priority Mail please contact me for a shipping quote.  If you want to go that route I can fit quite a few things inside a flat rate envelope.  Also, I am NOT responsible for any duty or tax that your country may impose.  Also, please check with your country to see if they allow food items into the country.  I cannot be responsible if Customs refuses the item (resulting normally in a "lost" package)
