Items must be returned within 7 days . Refund will be given as Exchange. Refund policy details: This computer is refurbished and come with a comprehensive 30 days DOA warranty(dead on arrival). DOA means the unit will not boot up. Please email first if there is an issue as it may be a simple fix we can try first. Repair or exchange only. No refunds. If you insist on returning the unit anyway for other than DOA issues within the first 15 days after receiving then you agree to a 20% restocking fee.
