Contemporary Art Glass Murano? Lady Figurine

This is a most unusual art glass figurine fashioned with a predominately green body, white "ribbon" arts, clear glass head and colorful, multi-colored "hat". I was told it was a Murano piece but I am not an expert on this so will let the photos tell the story. On each white "arm" there is a type of a seam that at first appears to be a crack but each arm has the same thing on both sides in the same location so I think they are a result of the glass process. You can see this in the closeups but they do not detract or appear as flaws. She stands approximately 12" tall. There is a label on the bottom but it is very hard to read. I will combine shipping costs if you purchase more than one item from me.
