I have already paid for my product but still i have not receive product on my email address?

Please use correct email address on which you want to receive your product. We request you do not use fake email address. If you still has not received your product then please contact us on [email protected]. We will solve your problem as soon as possible.

During download I received an error in the Download manager and Product have already been deleted from My Downloads. Now i cannot find the product. 

Most probably files have been downloading too slow or incomplete due temporally connection problems between your and our provider. Please try to download again.Try to download files again for Free directly from the website Dropbox.com.

You can use third party download manager to download multiple files ( So you will able just to drag files from "My Downloads" section to Download Manager window)
