Description 剧情	明朝中叶，明皇病危托孤，嘱三位心腹大臣辅佑年幼的太子弱冠之时摄政登基。并钦赐印符一枚，日后惟有三印合一，方可开启密匣，览阅先皇遗昭。不料，明皇驾崩之日，风云陡起。三大臣之一的文大人遭另两位大臣宦官刘公公和潘相爷陷害而自毁面容携印符潜伏民间，令两奸贼食寝难安。十八年后，小皇上摄政之日渐近，遍寻印符下落的刘公公和潘相爷终于将目标锁定在江南某镇，并各自派出人马入镇探查。镇上住着边关节度使崔大人一家，崔大人有两女。一女吉祥天生豪爽顽劣，大大咧咧。一女如意美若天仙，琴棋书画无一不精。镇上方员外家有两个公子，大公子方文生才智过人，风流倜傥，行止洒脱，二公子方虎生是丑人多作怪。一日，虎生求助文生在风筝上题诗一首，以使自己也能凑趣示爱。文生哈哈一笑，随即题写打油诗一首，不意这风筝断线之后，果真落到如意小姐的绣楼上，如意一见，暗动芳心。良辰吉日，崔家二位小姐上妙峰山无量观许愿，而方家二位公子恰好也遵父命来此避灾。为表爱慕之情，文生假借非非道长（文大人部将申屠）之名，为两姐妹解签。文生与如意顿生爱意，相见恨晚，而虎生与吉祥却因为移位错恋，分别害了单相思。在潘阁老之子潘安设下的圈套里，文生竟痛打乔装街头无赖的小皇上朱小三。小皇上非但不加罪于他，竟钦点他为头名状元。方文生奉旨骑马夸街，与常常女扮男装的潘阁老之女天真同乘一匹马前行，此景恰被喜滋滋赶来的如意看见，心生不悦。皇宫大殿前，一场龙争虎斗，刀光剑影，乱世贼子终于伏法。皇上顺利登基。谁料想，小皇上坐上龙椅，却恋情不舍，无义毁约，硬要搞一出啼笑皆非的三对新人殿上大婚。当然，如意是要留给自己。大婚日，万面红旗漫卷，三顶喜轿狂颠，结果大出人们所料，竟是文生配如意，虎生配天真，皇上配吉祥。更出人们所料的是，当年的印符当场现身，真正的皇上却是方文生！原来，当年先皇病危文大人怕年幼的太子被奸臣所害，经与皇后商议，故将自己的儿子与太子调换。正当人们似梦中惊醒，寻呼真龙天子登基的时候，在五彩斑斓的风筝招引下，文生带着如意泛舟远去，采菊东篱去了。
