Description 剧情	柳记粮店老板的儿子柳云轩，抢了家里的钱做经费，去省城参加学生运动，被赵督军抓捕。刑场上，柳镇土豪柳爷的大太太救下了柳云轩，赵督军却趁机吞吃了柳爷买枪械的五千大洋。柳爷损失了巨款，要拿柳家的人命相抵，柳云轩无奈去了柳家大院做家丁。   赵督军在戏园里听名角紫苏唱戏。柳爷赶来欲要回自己的大洋。谁知白风寨的唐景骑马冲进戏院，对着赵督军甩手一枪，混乱中，柳云轩护住柳爷往外逃，并打死了赵督军。   柳云轩的举动震惊了柳爷，柳爷让他做柳家大院的师爷。柳云轩遵柳爷之命抢了紫苏。紫苏以死抗争不愿做柳爷的姨太太。柳云轩劝说她暂且认命。迎亲路上，唐景抢走了紫苏。   在白风寨，柳云轩被唐景设置的传堂仪式打成重伤。紫苏由此对他产生了崇敬之意。唐景佩服柳云轩才智和不怕死的精神，希望柳云轩做他的军师。柳云轩以自己家人的性命还扣在柳爷手里为由，拒绝了唐景。回家养伤，柳父指望他回家经营柳记粮店，可大太太要他回柳家大院。柳爷还派人在粮店门前枪杀乡亲以示威吓。柳云轩觉得自己斗不过柳爷，只得回柳家大院为柳爷做事。   紫苏受尽了柳爷的折磨，希望柳云轩能带她离开柳家大院，柳云轩很无奈。大太太察觉了柳云轩和紫苏之间的暧昧。柳爷不能生育。大太太找医生给柳爷治病。在大太太暗示下，紫苏悄悄把柳云轩拽进房里……可大太太说孩子是柳爷的，并让镇上的人都知道柳家大院有了后人……柳爷察觉紫苏和柳云轩的私情，为了报复柳云轩，柳爷肆意地玩弄大红。柳云轩闯进柳爷的屋里要杀柳爷，却钻进柳爷设计的圈套里。紫苏逃走投奔唐景，让唐景解除了对柳云轩的误会。   染上毒瘾的唐景忍受不了戒烟的痛苦，给柳云轩留下一封绝笔，离开了白风寨。柳云轩接手了白风寨。他打土豪开仓分粮，赢得乡民们拥戴。包围了柳家大院。柳爷害死了紫苏的女儿，安排大太太带着宝子离开了柳镇，自己拔刀自尽。柳云轩占据了柳家大院。他将柳家大院的财产归属于柳镇所有，免租免息和取消苛捐杂税，开仓放粮……还请来袁先生给他讲解先进思想，在镇上开办了学堂……已是八路军的袁先生和受伤的战士住进了柳家大院。紫苏、大红、二红忙碌着照顾伤员。唐景杀日本鬼子被捕，公开处决。柳云轩劫法场。宝子带日本鬼子扫荡柳镇。柳云轩和唐景疏散了柳镇的百姓，只留下了掺有剧毒的食物。鬼子被毒死一片……
