With ONE year warranty, service will be provided out of USA base for USA/Canada customer, replacement parts will be shipped directly from factory for other countries in the world.   Have the correct voltage support for each country in the world ( the robot power supply will be done accordingly in the factory before shipping out)   NO balls will be included due to safety restriction, can ship separately if needed.  

• We may have this model in LA/OC, Bay area, New York City/NJ/PA and possibly other major metro areas, if you want to take a look or get it locally (so save a lot on shipping), email us asap!
• In other place of USA or Canada, and not in hurry to get a PP table or some other accessories like robot, but will like one in the future?  We'll be in south and east coast, possibly Chicago (mid west) and Canada. You can get good deal on both the table/robot itself and the delivery! email us for more details.
