- If due to our reason, we can't deliver you the table model you want, or within the agreed time frame, you can always get the deposit back.
- All Ping Pong tables carry the original factory warranty (at least one year).
- We get the Ping Pong tables from these three world famous manufacturers:
- Double Fish (more than 2 dozens indoor, 2 outdoor models)
- DHS (Double Happiness) (1 dozens indoor models, 3 outdoor models, plus 3 mini version, one of which, when packed can fit in a sedan trunk)
- Butterfly (6 indoor models)

Delivery details
|
- Low-Cost delivery is only guaranteed for LA. NYC, Seattle metro area. For other areas, minimal order amount applies. Generally, minimal 5 tables is needed for Fast & cheap delivery, about 10 tables needed for FREE metro delivery.
- For example, if for San Francisco area, we only have 4 tables ordered by customers, then Low-Costdelivery won't be available (if San Francisco customer cancel the order, they'll get full deposit back), but normal freight shipping will still be available.
- Delivery to all other areas (including Canada) is available (takes much longer time), but regular charge applies, which is usually quite expensive.
- The actual Low-Cost delivery charge is based on your location and the delivery time. To get an accurate estimation, please send us your address, and we'll confirm with you about the delivery time. ( If you are within 20 miles of the center of the metro area, or along I-5/I-95, you may qualify for FREE delivery! )
- We do all these Low-Cost deliveries all together in short period (1- 5days), so it's important that you are available when we deliver. Otherwise, we'll leave the table at the curb at your risk, or ship to you at normal freight rate at a later time. We'll send you an advance note about a week early, then 12- 48 hours before, with more accurate delivery time info.
- What we described above is just curbside delivery (we leave the table right at the curb), we can provide further help (including installation) at additional charge.

Safety notes etc. |
The tables are heavy and could cause severe injury if not handled properly
- The installation, fold & unfold should be handled by adults only. If the instruction is not clear and you have question about the install & usage, please stop, contact us before you move along.
- Do not play or sit on top of the table, it is not safe, also could damage the table
- Most of the tables we offer are indoor use only (table top made of MDF) unless it's explicitly listed as outdoor model. It can only be used and stored in a dry place. It can NOT be stored under the direct sunshine, rain or humid place. Warranty won't cover any damage/distortion/warp if you failed to follow this instruction.
- In order for us to honor the one year warranty, please do initial quick visual check of the package upon delivery, write down anything which could possibly indicating an inside damage on the delivery.
- Also please keep all the original packaging until you have inspected all parts of the table, finished assembling, have played with the table for a couple of times, and sure everything about the table is fine. Then you can dispose all the original packaging. In case of any damage or missing parts, we may request to see the original packaging
