Only unopened item can be returned. Product must be in its original condition without any damage in the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 25% penalty. 15% restocking fee applies to any canceled order that has been shipped. Buyer MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is only valid for 5 days. A free shipping item is subject to a mandatory deduction of actual shipping cost.
