PoliciesPartial Ships & BackordersOn rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be backordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. Here at iSOUCi we have a great relationship with our suppliers so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. If your backordered item(s) will arrive in a timely mannar, we will delay your shipping so we can send your order in its entirety. If we can not have your item(s) soon after reciept of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship the backordered items as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected on the "shipping address" page during checkout. If you've registered with us, you can select an address from your account. Just sign in to your account before proceeding to checkout. Shipping to CanadaFor Canadian orders, add $5 to the shipping and handling price above. We ship via USPS International service directly to your door. Please allow 4-7 business days from the date your order was placed. Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to handling of Duty, PST and GST, so please factor this in when placing your order. International Shipping Terms and ConditionsiSOUCi ships to countries around the world. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to avoid additional charges or delayed delivery of your order. Product Pricing and Exchange Rates:All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement. International Addresses:NOTE: You must provide a street address for shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes internationally. International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes:International Returns or Packages Refused: If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Vitacost for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order. Your Country's Custom and Import Policies:Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. Additionally, when ordering from iSOUCi, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to iSOUCi due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country. Return PolicyInstructions: 1. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items. 2. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund. 3. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products. 4. Use the mailing address label below to address your return shipment. 5. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us.

Miscellaneous. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between iSOUCi and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties; obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Washtenaw County, Michigan. You hereby waive your right to a jury trial in any action with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. iSOUCi's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. iSOUCi may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. 9. Notice. iSOUCi may deliver notice to you under this Agreement by means of electronic mail, a general notice on the Service, or by written communication delivered by first class U.S. mail to your address on record in iSOUCi’s account information.
