Payment

 

(1) We currently accept ONLY PayPal. All major credit cards (Visa/Master) or eCheck are accepted by PayPal. 

 

(2) For eCheck payments via PayPal, orders will be shipped upon clearance & confirmation of payment.

 

 

Shipping

 

(1) Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days (unless temporary out of stock) upon receipt of payment. During the event of public holidays or a non working day for local postal services, orders will be shipped on the next business day.

 

(2) Orders will be shipped by International Standard Air Mail or International Registered Air Mail from various locations in Asia depending on the location of product. (Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia)

 

(3) It usually takes 5 to 7 business days for arrival to most cities in United States, Canada or Europe. However, please be patient if shipment happened to be delayed. Delivery time may prolong due to custom inspections, postal strikes etc. We are not responsible for packages held by customs.

 

Return Policy

 

(1) All items unless otherwise stated are sold as is. We try our best to describe item to our fullest ability. If for any reason buyer is dissatisfied with item, buyer can return it for a refund. Any return for a refund may be subject to 15% restocking fee. (see more information below)

 

(2) Items must be shipped back according to our instructions. Returns must be unused, unopened and in their original packing with all accessories included if any. Returns must be shipped via registered mail with tracking number. We are not liable for returns shipped without tracking number/proof of mail. Buyer is responsible for cost of returned shipping.

 

(3) Under circumstances whereby problem of item is not caused by any form of misuse/mishandling or inflicted by the buyer, a refund or replacement would be given at our sole discretion on a case by case basis.
