The Best Choice Power Maintenance Agreement covers many facets at five levels of protection to fit your needs and requirements:

   · Assistance with Power Related Questions and
Events
   · Periodic Maintenance Visits
   · Repair of Malfunctioning Equipment
   · Replacement of Non-Repairable Equipment
Covered components included but not limited to:
   · UPS
   · Battery Charger
   · Rectifier AC-DC
   · Inverter DC-AC
   · Bypass Switchgear
   · Cabinet Air Conditioning
   · Battery Maintenance
   · Battery Replacement
Custom Levels of protection are available:
   · Level I Priority Service as a Contracted Customer. Special Service Rates. Best Choice Power will strive to   keep Spare Parts for your equipment, even if considered by the mfg. as obsolete. 24 hour Monitoring*. Assistance with End Of Life removal of hazardous equipment. Consulting Services and Live Phone Support.
   · Level II Along with Level I protection, we add Start-up Service and On Site Preventive Maintenance visits. (PM labor only, PO required for repairs.)
   · Level III Along with Level I & II protection also is included additional Labor needed for Repairs, including Labor to Replace the Batteries.
   · Level IV Along with Level I – III protection as well as parts from filters and fans, including capacitors. Simply, if a system does not function properly, we will repair or replace, at our option, any or all components up to and including the entire system with the same or comparable equipment as soon as possible**. (PO required for battery replacements.)
   · Level V Battery Provision adds Battery Replacement. Level V can be combined with Level II and purchased
separately for those who prefer to have the OEM equipment contract (which usually excludes batteries).


* Some monitoring equipment may be needed to be purchased. Customer must provide phone or internet.
** This is not insurance. Acts of God, flooding, heat damage (important for batteries), are not covered. Generally anything insurance will cover, Best Choice Power will not. Our service contracts are written for equipment under normal intended use. Hi heat, acidic or damp installations may be exclusions to equipment or battery replacement, if the equipment was not designed to be in these environments. If in question, a site visit will be done.
