It will follow and sew in any direction the foot is facing. Excellent machine for putting patches on a vest, the sleeves of coats and other hard to get into areas. This machine will sew on a variety of materials including leather. The manual for this machine is available for free online. It does need a belt. Needles and threading device are not included.
