carrier to sign on top of it so that we can file a claim for you.
Failure to do so results in no exchange/return or

Replacement for damaged items/parts is
absolutely FREE OF
CHARGE! Please keep all the original boxes and
email us pictures of the broken items so that we can file a claim to
the carrier.
All claims must be
filed to us(with supporting photo taken) within 7 days from the date of
receipt. Refusing delivery or returning non-damaged / non-defective
item(s) is subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost to our
warehouse. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund will be given if we can't replace the
