either side. Front swivel anti-tippers have true independent adjustable
suspension. Helps prevent the drive wheels from losing contact with the
ground. Drive mid wheels have flat free inserts including coil spring
tension suspension. Uniquely designed Dynamic Drive suspension for
greater climbing ability and comfort when traveling forward and in
reverse.
Front and Rear semi-pneumatic swivel wheels. Foot plate is
angle, height and depth adjustable. Deluxe height adjustable captains seat with swivel seat.
Positioning belt standard. Optional auto flip back footplate for safe
exit from chair. Arms are width, height and angle adjustable. Standard
headrest is height adjustable. Seat reclines for comfort and folds down
for portability. Exceptional climbing ability. Has been tested and
surpassed the ANSI RESNA testing requirement. Built in Amp meter. 300 lb. Weight Capacity.

Damaged
products:
Review your ordered product. A notification on any
defective orders must be given 2 business days after delivery. Please
Contact us at (877) 711-2424 and we will replace your order and cover
shipping charges.
Return
a product:
If you receive a product and it is not
what you
expected it to be, most products can be returned. There is a
20% restocking fee to all returns that are not damaged. Product
must be in
its original packaging with all Instruction/Warranty
paperwork.
Product must be unused. To return a product please request
an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) by calling (877)

or email [email protected]. You must request an RMA within 10
days of
receiving the product. All Returns must be complete within
30 days. Non-Returnable

Use
RMA number:
The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be
visible
on each package. Items returned without an RMA# will be
refused and
returned back to you. Returned products must be in new
condition, in
the original packaging with all paper documentation.
Customer is
responsible for return shipping. Order
Cancellations:
If you have placed an order with us and need to cancel
it, please
contact us immediately at (877) 711-2424. We will make every
attempt to
stop your order from shipping; however we cannot guarantee
that it
hasn't shipped. Normal cancellation fee is 5% if your order
has been
processed. If your order has shipped, you will be
responsible for the
shipping charges to you and the return to us. This will be
considered
a return and treated accordingly. Orders for non-returnable
products
cannot be cancelled once shipped.
