весьма неудобная подставка (совсем не подошла к моему ноутбуку) ножки постоянно разьезжаются/сходятся, что неудобно при работе

You do waste one port by connecting it, but You are not getting a spare one, what would be quite reasonable for any laptop user, especially for smaller laptop users. In general, it's a great fan, does the job and rather silently! It's only a week since I own it, looking forward to see, for how long will it keep my Dell cooled!
