Unless otherwise posted, all sales are final. Please contact us before sending any item back. All returns will require a RMA number. If your item is defective or damaged you must contact us to get an RMA number. You may return damaged items to us within a period of 30 days after you have been assigned a RMA number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must include ALL original packaging materials, instructions and manuals.
