Please start the RC InsectDroids with a fully charged battery for a great performance
The running time varies depending on your playing style
Never run the InsectDroids into water which will cause short circuit of internal electronic parts
Other radio interference will mess up the signals you send and cause erratic perform of your toy, such as: other Bluetooth devices running on the same frequency, electrical wires, large buildings, CB Radios, etc.
If you are unable to connect Bluetooth, please ensure that only ONE of your iPod touch, iPhone or iPad is connected to the InsectDroids; or un-pair & delete profile on your iPod touch, iPhone or iPad Bluetooth connection in Settings > General > Bluetooth > Tap blue arrow icon > tap “Forget this Device” and re-pair
In case the battery won’t charge, please ensure that the charger is correctly connected to your InsectDroids; if you are charging from your keyboard, please ensure it has a high-powered USB 2.0 port; please ensure that your InsectDroids is turned off during charging
In case the battery losses charge fast, please ensure that you give the battery a complete charge before use; please ensure that you turn off the power on your InsectDroids when not in use
In case the InsectDroid seems to be out of control or the controls are not responsive in the App, please turn off your InsectDroids and completely exit your App by double clicking your Home Button > click and hold InsectDroids App till it jiggles > press the minus button > restart the App > turn on your InsectDroids and play again
In case the InsectDroids App doesn’t seem to be launching after you download it from the App Store, please delete the App completely from your iPod touch, iPhone or iPad and from your iTunes and re-download the App

You may return damaged items to us within a period of 30 days after you have been assigned a RMA number. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
