out long stemmed leaves regularly to achieve a compact, dense rosette
of submerged leaves. Pruning of floating leaves will promote growth of submerged leaves however the removal of these floating leaves will prevent the plants from flowering thus if blooms are desired, allow the leaves to grow to the surface . This wil provide a striking eye catcher in any type
of aquarium.
