Return Policy If item arrives non-functional or defective, you must contact us within 3 days for an exchange and we will send you a BRAND NEW replacement. Buyer must contact seller for RMA authorization before returning an item. Incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order to receive the exchange. Some place may take a long time to ship,you can contact us for negotiations. The returned item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization. Warranty Policy If item becomes defective within the warranty period listed in the auction, please contact us. Buyer will be responsible for shipping of the defective unit back and forth.
