Welcome! This listing is for a custom made colorful sleepy Owls skirt.
These are 100% cotton and feature a non-roll elastic waist so it can
grow with the child. These adorable skirts are made to order in sizes
0-12 MONTHS, 12-18 MONTHS, AND 18-24 MONTHS. The one on my daughter
(second picture) is an 18-24 month. The waist on it is a 14" minimum -
maximum 22" and is 10" long.
** Please Allow UP TO 7 days for
your item to ship as I hand make all items myself, It will not typically
