My father, originally from Chester, PA, bought this Brown Junior "B" model engine personally from Bill Brown, the founder of Junior Motors Corp. in Philadelphia, PA. The engine is complete with wood stand, spark plug, fuel tank and hard-to-find coils. The engine also retains its original patina, as opposed to some vintage engines that have been "cleaned" down to the bare metal. This engine was used in the late 1930's in an airplane called the "Super Buccaneer" which was flown from the Philadelphia International Airport when it still had only grass runways. I also posses the fuselage to that aircraft, in its original condition.
