Sizing Guide:

Measure the hips or waist (select the larger of the two)
as follows:
Step 1: Measure hip bone to hip bone and
over the abdomen
Step 2: Double the largest measurement obtained
in Step 1 and add two inches
Step 3: Using this figure, make product size
selection from the chart below

Example...  Hip bone to hip bone measurement 19 inches

19 inches x 2 = 38 inches

38 inches + 2 inches = 40 inches

40 inches = Medium or Large Brief
