New Reproduction part , Corvette C4 seat repair kit for an 1984-96 corvettes.  Structurally this part is very important because it supports the foam bottom that supports the driver and passenger.  The old wire supports usually rust out and the seat foam falls into the center hole of the seat frame. This causes the seat to sink lower and becomes uncomfortable for the passengers. G.M. realized the old wire spring supports were a poor design and they replaced it with the elastic strap design in 1994-96.  It takes about five minutes to install the kit. This is a direct replacement for a 1992-1996 and is an upgrade for 1984-1991 and does not require modifications, just an improved design . 1 Kit does 1 seat .
