carefully place your unit on a foam head or safe undisturbed area when

within 7 business days for a full refund, minus a 25% restocking fee

and the unit has not been changed in any way by dying, cutting, or
changing the hair what-so-ever. Please include a small note with your
return stating your eBay user name and whether you would like and
exchange or refund. All exchanges will be charged a 15% restocking fee (based upon the items
purchase price) and all the shipping charges are the responsibility of
the buyer. We do not refund/credit shipping charges, or pay for the
return shipment to us. Your refund/exchanged unit will be sent with in 5 business days after we have received and examine the unit.
