​Hand and Hammer 3719 Partidge dated 2006 Sterling Silver Christmas Ornament.  The size of this ornament is about 1-3/4" Tall by 2-1/4" Wide.  

This is part of Hand & Hammer's annual bird ornaments with large dates.  Partridges are famously featured in the Christmas carol "The 12 Days of Christmas", where they appear in the first line of the first chorus and the last line of the remaining choruses, "A partridge in a pear tree."
