Georgia Capitol Building Sterling Christmas Ornament 1990.  Construction on the Georgia Capitol building in Atlanta began in 1884.  The massive building was occupied five years later.   This sterling silver collectible was produced by the artisans at Hand & Hammer Silversmiths exclusively for Jeff Stewart Antiques and Collectibles.
