Decorated Christmas Tree Sterling Silver Ornament 1993. A Decorated Christmas Tree is traditionally associated with the celebration of Christmas.  The holiday tree was originally decorated with edibles such as apples, nuts or dates. In the 18th century, it began to be illuminated by candles. 

This item was originally made for Boston Museum of Fine Arts.  The size is about 2" Tall by 1-3/4" Wide.  This item is in Like New collectible condition.  Comes with Original Box and Card.  It was originally produced by Hand and Hammer Silversmiths in 1993. Made in the USA.  Hand and Hammer ornaments are the perfect size to wear on a chain as a pendant.
