Czarevich Imperial Easter Egg 1915 Sterling Ornament 1996 Hand Hammer. The design of this sterling silver collectible was inspired by the Imperial Easter Egg in the Lillian Thomas Pratt collection of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Richmond. From the world renowned workshop Peter Carl Faberge (1846 – 1920), the original has Lapis Lazuli in six sections that was overlaid with gold tracery.
This item was originally made for the Valentine Museum. The Wickham House, also known as the Wickham-Valentine House or the Valentine Museum, in Richmond, Virginia was completed in 1812 and is considered one of the finest examples of architecture from the Federal period.
The size of this ornament is about 2-1/4" Tall by 1-1/2" Wide. This item is in excellent like new condition, and comes with all original packaging. Hand Made in the USA.
