Japanese Snowflake Sterling Christmas Ornament.  This item was inspired by objects that are in the Boston Museum of Fine Arts collection.  It was first produced for them in 1983.  The snowflake is often a traditional seasonal image or motif used around the Christmas period, especially in Europe and the United States. It represents the traditional White Christmas.
