You are bidding on a used Shelf Supported Mezzanine Storage Rack Shelving Unit. * This Mezzanine taken out of a local Linens & Things retail store that closed. * The original size was 30 feet wide by 50 feet long. There were three rows of 2 sided shelves that were 18 feet tall. There was also one single row of shelves that mounted to outside wall as shown in first picture. There were a total of four (4) aisles that measured 60  inches wide and 50 feet long. The second floor walkway is made up of all steel non-slip steel grid planks. *Shelves are wood with steel sides and the steel sides havebuilt in clips that allow them to be attached to the uprights. There are a total of 1172 shelves (+/- 20 since the total # of shelves are wrapped on pallets and are hard to count).   *There are a total of 98 uprights that aere 18 feet tall. There are also 6 uprights that are 11 feet tall and 4 uprights that are 6 feet tall. * This unit is completely disassembled and ready to be loaded onto a truck. Since this is now owned by Habitat for Humanity ( I am listing this for them) ALL PROCEEDS will go directly to Habitat for Humanity. This item is pick up only, zip code 60504. Please arrange to have your truck or the freight company of your choice to pick this item up. We do have a loading dock and will load it onto your truck once prior arrangements have been made.
