This is a "working" laptop, by that I mean it has Windows 98, Office, and other software loaded onto it.  The laptop does boot up and it seems as though the programs work fine.  I am not a computer person so this is being sold "as-is".  It may still has some info from the previous owner on it. 

The battery doesn't work, but the power cord is included.  It has a floppy disk drive and a CD Drive.
