This piece is a signed Celia Sebiri choker length necklace made sometime in the late 60's from what I can tell.  The piece is in excellent condition.

The garnet and freshwater pearls are strung on beading string and the onyx is strung on wire.  I have been unable to locate any other information on this piece.  If you have any info and would like to share it with me, I would appreciate it. 

Celia Sebiri was an awarding winning jewelry designer in the 60's.  She passed away in 2006 at the age of 93.
