Items must be returned within 3 days .
Refund will be given as Exchange.
Refund policy details:
Extensive pictures and video are taken of the Items before shipping. Items are tested and verified with (3) signatures confirming the Items condition and serial number upon shipping. If you do have problems, please let us know. We will require pictres and/or video tape of the issue and serial number of the item (s). Customer service is very important to us, we will do everything we can to fix a VALID concern. We do not refund shipping or Duty paid.
