The Phone is not shipped with the box.

Return Policies:
We video record all functions of the phone before shipping. Item serial numbers and specifics are recorded. Video and/or photograph will be required to process a refund or exchange.
We do not give cash refunds without receiving the item returned. If there is a problem, You will be asked to send the item back. we will gladly accept the item back and issue a refund after the item is received, provided the claim has been deemed valid.
Buyer pays return shipping, we do not refund any taxes or duty paid.
