I bought it thru a local store. The disc is mint. The case shows no wear and the cover sleeve I'd say is NM condition. The Cover art is REVERSIBLE and can be seen thru the clear plastic DVD case. There is NO insert.

It will be bubble wrapped and in a box so unless they drop it off the truck and run it over it will be in the condition described GUARANTEED! While I've had less than 1% report problems, they do occur. My fees were in line with Amazon and other reasonable shippers and for the SPEEDY SERVICE you get I believe its well worth it. If you disagree please shop with cheaper but not necessarily better sellers. REMEMBER nothing is truly FREE (Amazon's FREE shipping takes several weeks to arrive SO it costs you time and comes poorly packaged. I know I've used it).

FEEDBACK POLICY: I ALWAYS leave POSITIVE FEEDBACK for all buyers who leave same for me. WHY? I sell hundreds of items and until I know you're satisfied I don't consider the transaction complete. When I get positive FB I know you're happy and so am I and leave FB to reflect that.
A small number of buyers (less than .05%) have reported problems with there orders. Most were civil and polite in reporting their concerns and I resolved them to their satisfaction in all but a few instances. A VERY small percentage was RUDE, nasty and even vulgar in their contacts. I don't deserve that and won't leave FB for cretins like that. My time is valuable and I won't spend it leaving FB for people who don't take time to let me know they are happy with their purchase or in the rare case they aren't to tell me why they were disappointed!
