We made this semi-custom pendant to create an elegant symbol of awareness for breast cancer. It has a 3.5mm natural pink sapphire surrounded by a solid ribbon of 14k yellow gold. The pendant has a "pass through" bail and can accommodate a variety of chains. We have supplied an 18" fine rope chain for you (not pictured). This item is brand new and has our store tag. We warranty the pendant to be free from defects or against stone loss for one year.
