Policies

Shipping: Handling time varies per item. You will be notified via email of the estimated handling time necessary to complete your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be notified on the next business day. We generally ship within one (1) business day of order completion. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions and other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS: J.K. Reese Designs uses UPS and USPS for shipping. Please provide physical address AND P.O. Box information (if applicable) for all orders! Be sure that your “ship to” address is accurate! Carriers will charge a re-routing fee due to an incorrect or incomplete address. J.K. Reese Designs reserves the right to pass any re-routing fees on to you if this situation occurs. You will be notified in such a case. J.K. Reese Designs is not responsible for the items during transit.

Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.

Return Policy: Please contact J.K. Reese Designs prior to any return. Items may be returned within 3 business days of receipt and MUST be in their original packaging and in unworn condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We reserve the right not to accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will work with you to make sure your experience with J.K. Reese Designs is a positive one. Special orders and custom designs are non-returnable.
