Q: What Payment types that JLPSHOP accepts?
A:
JLPSHOP accepts payments by PayPal Checkout (including Visa,
MasterCard, Doscover, American Express, Bank card), Google Checkout, US
Bank Checks and Cashier Checks, USPS Money Orders, Wire Transfer.
Buyers must provide valid names, company, billing address, shipping
address, phone, email address. No shipping to a third-party, unless
verified and confirmed by PayPal. Payments by checks, money orders will
be mailed to JLPSHOP, PO BOX 13031, ARLINGTON, TX 76094. Payments by
wire transfer's instruction will be post in the purchase invoice.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A:
Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists
all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to
view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A:
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.
However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see
before confirming your order.
Q: Can Buyers requesting to ship the order to a third-party receiver's name and address?
A: No. Exception: only with a PayPal Confirmed Name and Address, by PayPal's instruction:
How a Buyer Can Confirm an Address
Inform your buyer on how to confirm his or her address, by communicating the following options: - Add
a credit card to your PayPal account. PayPal will confirm the credit
card billing address (i.e., the address where you receive your credit
card statement).
- Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If you’re approved, the address on your application will be a Confirmed Address.
- Alternate
address confirmation. This process takes several days and is only
available for U.S. accounts. To learn more, log in to your PayPal
account and visit the Alternate Address Confirmation page.
Q: How can I join JLPSHOP Affiliate Program?
